I am either extremely cold or sweating hot
Yes, I'm cold all the time.My oncology said it's from being anemic . So there it is. Grab a sweater and stay warm. Hugs help too.
I'm getting pretty sensitive to the temps that has surprised some people around me.
I find that if I get chilled it takes me along time to warm up. It's better lately, I've been on treatment for over 5 year. My thermostat of late is back to normal, but it can all change tomorrow for no reason. I find it's something I can live with, not a big deal for me.--jmb
Sometimes I get cold for no reason too. I don't know if it's one of the side effects from chemo, but the fatigue factor sure is. It's been 2 years for me since my last treatment and I still get tired doing the simplest things. When i get cold, I just take a nap with a nice warm blanket over me and in a few hours, I'm good as new.
