Hi June,
Are you seeing a CLL expert doctor? And is that doctor confident that you have CLL?

Biopsies or node excisions can be used by expert doctors and pathologists if there is an unclear diagnosis (possible MZL, FL etc.) but if clearly CLL and no hint of a Richter's Transformation - then biopsy would probably not provide any useful information or help guide treatment choices.
