What treatment options were offered and how well did you tolerate it?
I have CLL and I have unmutated IGHV. I have never heard my doctor tell Me about Trisomy 12 so can’t respond to that part of your question.
I take Calquence targeted therapy a BTK inhibitor. I have been on the drug since October of 2020. I have had no side effects. I have fatigue but I think that is either CLL or being 72 and trying to stay active.
Hope my answer helps.

Hi Lisecure- I also have CLL/SLL w Trisomy 12 & unmutated IGHV. Side effects from Calquence to start were headaches, which my Dr recommended that caffeine has helped others, so I drink coffee as usual in the morning & have been lucky to not get a headache after 2nd dose. I’ve had lower leg swelling, but since I started wearing support stockings( thigh high as I need a new knee), the swelling & lower leg tiredness has been so much less. I do get bone pain & occasionally have no interest in doing anything. There is more, but I’ll send this off now & get back later . Much love & compassion to all 💞
Thanks and happy for you that you are doing so well. I was diagnosed in 2021
I have CLL and trisomy 12 unmutated as well. Still confused about it though.
