It's like clockwork... 10 am I feel like someone pulled the plug. After a good nap, I'm good for most of the day, like someone plugged me back in. Then usually at 7 pm, some dirty rascal pulled the plug again.

feeling you. I have terrible sleep habits and no longer fit in with the rest of the "normal" world. But sleeping 12 hours a night and waking up tired doesn't help. I keep thinking if I only I could get on track with meds I could readjust but the meds fight me to. You are correct, you have to keep punching - until I guess you get knocked out. Thanks for sharing and opening us up!
About 2:00 in the afternoon I am ready to quit for the day. Also about 6:30 I could really call it a day!

I get fatigued around 1pm and will occasionally give in and take a nap, and have another cup of coffee. I have a spine neurostimulator that needs daily charging, so I go to bed around 8:30-9:00 as it takes an hour to charge.
