I've asked my Oncologist this ?. He says there are "too many types of cancer". Personally, I've embraced the idea that the Cancer Industry is in no hurry to expedite cures. It is too lucrative for those in power standing to gain from it. Here's another question: how were they able to find a vax for Covid in less than a year and a cure for AIDS/HIV in 7 years. Worth delving into if you ask me.
