I feel that way when I watch CNN or FOX

I'm only taking methotrexate for leukemia, but I'll get up and walk around awhile, then will start feeling faint, comes on all at once, then will pass

I feel that way and iam not on any medications.

What if your not on medications and you have the feeling of wanting to pass out ? It just comes on all at once?
