In the past I had not drank much coffee. Today I may drink 1 - 2 glasses of cold coffee? I do not drink coffee after noon because I do not want to be awake late at night. I had read many positive effects concerning coffee. In the past I had though coffee was not a good affect but I was wrong. This winter I will switch to warm coffee to help stay warm. I have a sweet tooth so I use a sugar free creamer to avoid excess calories.
