I was on it for 6 months before I just stopped and changed doctors. While I do think it helped the dose was way too high for me. I had headaches, diarrhea that seemed to last all day,but the worst thing for me was the confusion. I would get on the road and couldn’t remember where I was going, I would sit in a parking lot for awhile before I would realize how much time passed. Headaches for the first 2-3 weeks. After several months, confusion, memory loss, which makes it hard to choose which is worse. I too lasted about 6 months. I later found out that it is OK to take lighter doses - I'm on one Brukinsa a day now, we will see next blood draw, but no side effects if only one.
