I was on it for 6 months before I just stopped and changed doctors. While I do think it helped the dose was way too high for me. I had headaches, diarrhea that seemed to last all day,but the worst thing for me was the confusion. I would get on the road and couldn’t remember where I was going, I would sit in a parking lot for awhile before I would realize how much time passed. My new doctor agreed the dose was too high and thinks this drug is very effective but it’s very expensive. Check out the manufacturer web site for discount coupons. Best wishes

Headaches for the first 2-3 weeks. After several months, confusion, memory loss, which makes it hard to choose which is worse. I too lasted about 6 months. I later found out that it is OK to take lighter doses - I'm on one Brukinsa a day now, we will see next blood draw, but no side effects if only one.

I have taken Calquence for 2 years without any side effects. It has stabilized my CLL so that my doctor is comfortable seeing me every six months with blood work every two months.
