Wondering about side effects experienced by those taking Scemblix (ascinamib)? Better or worse than Sprycel (dasatanib)?

Have been taking Sprycel since summer 2020 for CML, Ph+. Side effects became too much, so my doctor wants me to start Scemblix instead, but the list of possible side effects is the same, so I'm worried about that.

Hi, I have CML too, did they change your drugs from imatinib 400mg, i feel that it has manaegeable sideffects compared to others
