I had had 3 treatments of 6 so far. I will be rechecked in October to see if it has been effective, or if I will need more treatments. I see my leukemia doctor in mid August. I want to know if the bladder cancer will change my watch and wait status?
Thank you.
Your watch and wait status for leukemia may need to be reassessed given your current chemotherapy treatment. The decision to continue watching and waiting versus starting treatment is based on your overall health status and how your leukemia is progressing. Your leukemia doctor will likely want to monitor you more closely Show Full Answer
I always think of those "treatments" as something that attacks "everything" in the body which is both good cells and bad cells? The toxicity of the chemicals is very strong and it may result in what they call "remission" by attacking everythng bad in yur body. I hope your health is better and you will not require any more treatments. Your are an amazing person who will have many more years of happy and healthy future. Celebrating Long Life (CLL)
So many unknowns in this life. Having the “rare” stuff adds another layer to process in my life. I have found such grace and comfort from guided meditations, and gentle exercises like yoga and gentle aqua. That has helped me quiet my mind and love my body for all the things that it is doing well. Wishing you the highest outcome. Blessings~
