Echinacea helps strengthen the immune system
Also Ginger helps the Lymphatic System flush which will help your immune system
Glove and mask up before going out to Dr offices and hospitals
Hope this helps

I would suggest eating healthy and exercising. When we stress the body like fasting or exercising the body tries to improve itself you increase those good things to help improve the body. I am Type 2 Diabetic and my blood sugar seems to be normal because of my visiting the gym and "stressing" my body with easy weight lifting. I started with 30 minute visit and now 50 minute visit. I have CLL and my energy is low so my exerting for over 30 minutes is quite the stress. I have not had a cold or flu in 2 years so this year I got vaccinations for flu, covid and shingles2 just to help myself. I also take lots of vitamins and supplements. Pace your self and protect yourself. Every little precaution will pay off with a better health and happiness in the future.
