Hello again Annette4. I have not experienced any side effects from IVIG (immunoglobulin infusions). I am given tylenol and benadryl 30 minutes before the pump starts. The speed is started slowly and then ramped up every 30 minutes. Vitals are taken before speed is increased. Now that I have had these for over a year, the pump is increased after the first 15 minutes. I go again on 12/4. You need to speak with your hematologist about any and all side effects, no matter how minor.

Hi Annette. As the article mentions...it's important to discuss your fatigue with your oncology team. Also, other things can cause fatigue (anemia, deficiency in B12, poor sleep/eating habits, other medications, etc.). Maybe also speak with your primary physician?
