Hi mel yes I ate a lot of salty foods . like even now I can't eat bacon or sausage without my lymph nodes getting really swollen plus my legs and basically my whole body..I have to take a lymph node cleanse and lots of water to flush it out..our lymph nodes is part of our Detox system and it doesn't work properly so we have to help it out by exercise drink lots of water and take a lymph cleanse no salt ..for a few days.. this is what works for me hope it helps

Only time I have really bad swelling is if I Eat to much salt..I have not had any issues with my spleen lately But I had a little in the beginning..But with my diet changes it went away...
