May or may not be related to your CLL. Plethora of things it could be..dehydration, medication, high blood pressure, neck issues, head issues, etc. Best to discuss with your regular physician first to rule out other things that could be the cause. I’ve had CLL for 10 yrs & have not experienced migraines or headaches thankfully..

Thanks for posting. I also have elevated blood pressure that I'm working on.

Years go I had migraine head aches with vomiting from the pain. I finally learned to relax and reduce my blood pressure to stop the head ache. I do not have any problems now and my blood pressure is normal.

Headaches and migraines aren't among the most commonly documented symptoms of CLL, but that doesn't mean they aren't real or frustrating to deal with. Some CLL-related factors could potentially contribute to headaches, including anemia (low red blood cell counts), which reduces oxygen flow throughout the body.

Other CLL-related contributors worth discussing with your doctor include:

- Fatigue and poor sleep – Chronic exhaustion can trigger or worsen headaches
- Infections – A weakened immune system from CLL can make you more susceptible, and infections can bring on headaches
- Stress and anxiety – Very common in people living with CLL, and a well-known headache trigger
- Treatment side effects – Certain CLL treatments can cause headaches as a side effect It's really worth bringing this up with your care team if you haven't already. They can check your blood counts, review your current medications, and help pinpoint what might be driving the headaches. You deserve relief — not just a shrug and a "that's CLL for you." 😊

Keeping a headache diary noting timing, severity, and triggers can also help your doctor identify patterns and find a better management plan.
