No..did your oncologist prescribe it? May be other reasons for your fatigue in addition to the CLL…b12 deficient, d deficient, anemia, dehydration, certain meds, sleep issues, etc. Would consider asking/seeing your primary doctor to see if there may be other conditions that are causing the fatigue..

Has anyone been prescribed Ritalin for leukemia-related fatigue? This is a great question, and it's one that comes up in the leukemia community.

Some MyLeukemiaTeam members have explored various options to manage fatigue, including vitamins, supplements, and medications. While Ritalin (methylphenidate) is sometimes discussed in cancer-related fatigue management, it's important to approach this carefully. Here are some key points to keep in mind:

- Always consult your oncologist before starting any new medication, including Ritalin
- Some medications can interact negatively with leukemia treatments
- Your doctor may also consider adjusting existing medications or treatments if fatigue is severe
- Other members have reported success with supplements like Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, and iron — though again, always check with your doctor first

The best step is to have an open and honest conversation with your oncologist about how fatigue is impacting your daily life. They can help determine the safest and most effective option for your specific situation.
