If you do a search at Moffett.org they have recommendations for those doing immune therapy, etc
Have either of you consulted or spoken to a dietician that specializes in immune/targeted therapies? Donna, you having IBS is challenging as well but maybe ask your oncologist & gastroenterologist if they have any resources or even a list of foods that may help?
I wish I knew the right answer for you and me both. I’m taking a targeted therapy for CLL. I have no appetite and some of what I can eat without messing up my IBS-D tastes really different because of the medication. I have lost 15 pounds that I did not need to lose. I like a couple of sweet snacks like oatmilk ice cream or gluten free cookies, but I am worried it will mess with my blood sugar if I eat too much.
I think I need to scroll back up and read the full article posted to address your question.
How are the ill affects happening to effect his health? Taking vitamins and supplements does help and there are all types of foods that have high calories to provide energy to live. There are supplemental drinks that have liquid nutrition which can provide calories to keep a person healthy. My problem is that I have to watch my calories even though I am very active because my wife feeds me very big plates of food each meal.
Good canabis and edibles!!!
