Are you seeing a dermatologist? If not, I definitely would make an appointment to get to the root cause. May or may not be related to CLL. Many things can cause skin issues (allergies, medications, change in detergents, etc). Ointments can often irritate it further if you don’t know the cause of it & are guessing as to what it is.
