Not at first..learned as much as I could as quickly as I could. Found the right doctor, spoke with my insurance company. Kept it between my spouse and I for a short time. My kids are adults so I knew what kind of questions they would ask. Had no choice but to inform my employer at the time. You tell people when you are ready. A strong support system is vital.. but it is your decision to give out information. Take a breath and give yourself some time. Wishing you the best.
