I have CML with a rare p190 mutation. Gleevac isn’t fully effective in bringing my tumor marker down- can you recommend a med that will work

Gleevac is the first med I have tried, after bone marrow dx of cml. I’ve been on for a year and tumor marker 25- goal is zero. Have u encountered any patients with this rare mutation- if so, what worked for them!
