Don't believe it is related to CLL..could be from many different things...mainly dehydration, meds that you may be on, air quality of place you gathered, head cold, etc etc. Wouldn't hurt to mention it to your doctor, especially if it was a heavy nosebleed...

I did not have CLL, I had AML, among my first symptoms were nose bleeds, no headaches. But drinking was not the trigger. My nosebleeds showed up every time I took a shower when the steam hit my sinuses, the bleeding started.

I read in a medical journal regarding CLL or any form of Leukemia, headaches and nose bleeds are common to add to the already long list of problems.
