I just pray for a treatment to sustain life a few years for my type of leukemia.
The CLL site gave the answer to why CLL is not curable. It does seems sort of odd that there is no cure. Try to focus on the treatments they do have that really help to manage the progression and the symptoms. CLL is our cross to bare and at least we have each other and this support.group. it is not fair but it is livable.๐
KimC, please don't use big pharma as your answer. I don't have CLL, but do have CML. I lost a dear friend to CML in 2003 because she did not have the treatments I was lucky to have in 2018. Her killer became my nuisance. Leukemia Research has brought us that far in less than 2 decades. Her treatment and what she had to go through was so much more than what I have to go through now. So take care with the words you use. We are living in miracle times others never had the chance at. Still here!--jmb
Big pharma is why there's no cure
Keep seeking a cure. There is no advancement of the world's discoveries if we simply say there is no cure. Will God all things are possible!
