Eating healthy food and not unhealthy foods can effect your health. Today I eat more than in the past but because my diet is healthy I have gain very little weight considering the volume of food I eat everyday. In the past I eat 2 meals but today I eat 3 full meals but each item is a healthy choice which effects my health in a positive way. I am also type 2 diabetic so my diet keeps my blood sugar at a normal amount. Good luck with discovering that you can have a happy and healthy life when you make the right choices.
