It's really common to crave sugar , especially if you are having any kind of cancer treatments! What's really odd, a survey that I studied ( long before I actually had my first bout of cancer) said that nearly 50% of cancer patients having Chemo treatments crave Coca Cola! Even stranger, they craved it in a can as well. When I was getting sick again after 6 years, I just thought I was being paranoid about it, because I started craving canned Coke again. A few months later, I found out, I was positive for CML.

Definitely...especially ice cream!
Oh yeah. Especially when nothing sounds good to eat...
I am type 2 diabetic so avoiding sugar is always on my mind. There are many products that are sugar free which includes ice cream and candies. I had read last year that eating healhty and exercise does help a person who has leukemia. I realize this illness is a very long term situtation and I plan to do my part by being more healhty and happy. Celbrating Long Life (CLL)
