I think a pain can occur when those excess white blood cells collect in areas that impact on otherbody or organ areas. The spleen is above the stomach and it can collect excess WBC and this can place pressure on the stomach causing a problem with the stomach? Those bad cells can be anywhere and the problems they cause is part of the illness of having excess bad cells.
