Jim I wanted to thank you for mentioning methylene blue. Had not been for your question I would never know what it was. I looked it up I’m still not sure about it but it looks like it helps but there’s no scientific evidence to say it really helps but bottom line is you and I are in the same boat and whatever works works so God bless you for mentioning it.
I have not used it, which is why I asked the question. As I mentioned earlier there is a lot of information about it and people's comments about its effectiveness.
If you research it online throughly you might get your questions answered.
Obviously it will work differently individually.
