Be sure & speak with your oncologist about your concerns when you go on the 27th. They will certainly be able to explain & let you know based on your CKd3a. Could it be that your stomach issue is possibly related to your kidneys? Have you checked out the website kidneyaid.org? A friend of mines sister had the same thing you do & benefited a great deal from learning on that site. She also made a lot of dietary & lifestyle changes & is doing fabulous!

Thank you for your thoughts. I’m still a bit frightened about this whole thing. I am experiencing fatigue, but none of the other symptoms. My greatest concern is I have CKD3a. Medication for CLL could destroy my kidneys.

I have my first hem/oncologist appt. On May 27. Newly diagnosed by regular annual bloodwork. Saw my GP 2 weeks ago, she said she felt no enlargement. I’m in a heavy fog over .diagnosis.

Hi Clare. Have you seen your regular physician for your stomach? Is your spleen enlarged or no?

Wonder why your GP is not doing further tests for your stomach issue. Oncologist will feel spleen as well when you go on the 27th so that will be a 2nd opinion as far as spleen related. From all the people in here that have or have had spleen enlargement, they’ve mostly complained of a full feeling not getting sick when they eat like you are experiencing. All of our bodies are different tho. Would definitely question your GP more tho. You may or may not have a intestinal bacteria or viral infection in your gut. Just a thought…
