Could be a lot of different things Thompson. I would definitely call your primary doctor to discuss your symptoms more & to have them see you. If you’re in lots of pain, then go to the ER ok

It sounds like you might be noticing something unusual in your lower right abdominal area. While this question is a bit outside the scope of leukemia-specific information, there are some leukemia-related reasons why you might notice changes or discomfort in that area.

With leukemia, a few things can cause abdominal changes or sensations:

- Enlarged lymph nodes — leukemia can cause lymph nodes in the abdomen to swell
- Enlarged spleen or liver — these organs can become enlarged due to leukemia, causing fullness, pressure, or discomfort in the abdominal area
- Petechiae — tiny red or purple spots caused by low platelets can appear on the torso and abdomen

It's really important not to ignore any new or unusual symptoms in your abdomen. Please reach out to your care team as soon as possible to get it properly evaluated — they'll be able to tell you exactly what's going on and whether it's related to your leukemia or treatment.
