For 5 years I have received compensation for CLL but now they say because I am not being treated just wait and watch they will not pay.

This does not seem right to me? An exposure is easy to document and the filing of paperwork to make a claim should be acknowledged? During my career with the University I had an annual physical because I worked around toxic, radioactive, biological hazards. I hope you have copies of your paperwork and dated acceptance of your paperwork? Join a veteran group which can assist you with future issues? I am a veteran but my only exposure was during jet fuel (NAVAIR) which may be a carcinogen?
